That’s the main reason why cross guild and shs will fight

Oda loves buggy. One of Luffys final fights will be like orange town all over again

Why do all contendors have to fight each other when they could all witness the One Piece in unison?

No pirate will fight Cross Guild. It may very well be Navy SWORD vs Cross Guild as the Navy attempts to restore their good reputation over the final saga.

After they achive Utopia/or during the final war Croco will be killed by someone from the WG.

There is nothing for him in the eos world of OP.

Seeing how Zoro got a Lucci matchup, a matchup between Sanji and Croc sounds more plausible now.
But...we all know Crocoboy is one of the good ones in the end. So maybe he will take down some VA's/an admiral or participate in taking down a titanic captain with somebody. So much possible.

I only see (with super low probability) someone from Marine, those are Smoker & Coby. I doubt that Croc will be defeated.

As others have already said, it would be pointless to have another full on defeat of Crocodile. He’ll definitely have some skirmishes, but a full blown fight to the defeat is just very unlikely.

  • Jinbei
  • Smoker
Jinbei is his fellow warlord and his powers oppose Croc’s.

Smoker is a logia and has ties to him due to Alabasta.

Imo either of these would be really good choices to take on Croc in the final battle for One Piece.

Do we need to see Buggy and Croc get defeated again? Potential war against Cross Guild will only make sense if it is to set up Zoro becoming the strongest swordsmen and i don't see Oda making Zoro the strongest swordsman in something so small as battling Cross Guild... The fitting way is to have Zoro reach it in the most important moment for the series meaning during the final fight against WG.

Point is that Zoro will have to face someone in his last of the story that's pushing to create tension not something easy to showcase Zoro for the last time in the series.
