Judge doesn’t have a Kings disposition? Who did Sanji bring to his side that wasn’t through association with Luffy? All conquerors have an ambition it matters. King even ask Zoro if he had it. Preferring death for the sake of others isn’t a trait none what you listed hints as Sanji being a conqueror.

Traits of CoC:
1. Zoro in Sabaody scaring those men.
2. Luffy scaring the animals
3. Zoro instilling fear in Monet
There have been multiple moments hinting at Zoro having it even in Wano. Does Sanji have any similar feats suggesting he has it?

Punk Hazard - He won over the Marines and literally was their leader for the end of the arc.
Dressrosa - He won over Violet and brought her over to his side.
WCI - Won over both the Germa Kingdom and Pudding

This power to bring in Allie’s is one of the most common traits of conquerors not all of them are about intimidation. It’s literally just do you have the will to be a strong leader and yes Sanji strongly does.

Did you see him use CoC no so he doesn’t have it. Did you see how he reacted bursting out in tears because he got screwed by Big Mom. The man was a bum look at how Luffy reacts to advisory or Zoro or any actual conqueror.

Germa was won Over because of Luffy. Sanji was going to get married like an idiot.

The marines were helping because they were going to die otherwise.
