The key/headfigure members are Crocodile/Mihawk/Buggy, Mr1/Alvida in influence and fame are nowhere near close to that, Daz Bones is Crocodiles lackey.
What I said was that anybody can join, even if they don't become key members. They can stand under the banner of the CG for the mere antagonism to the WG and their world-sinking project.
You don't even need a fourth key member to make that "cross" happen.
