I thought it was going to be Zoro, but with Zoro planning to head to the top, then Zoro vs King is now likelier.

I kinda wanted it to be Sanji, but the raid so far has made me certain that Sanji isn't going to enter YC level this arc. A tag-team with Drake against Queen looks more believable now.

If it’s a 1v1, he will focus on the one he showed interest in and that’s Sanji. I’m not sure what is the point of him talking and thinking about Judge while looking at his son’s bounty poster if it leads absolutely nowhere.

This. Theres only one way for all that past exposition to be shown on how judge knows queen. With queen vs sanji. It makes no sense to bring it up with any other opponent.

Sanji but just if the Queen parallel with the Germa is a fierceful one like Oden's was with Zoro and we know that Zoro v Kaido is nearly 100% happening and whatever it will happen next is not changing that.

So I'm not biased and admit parallels are of utmost relevance for Oda's point of view and vision of his own masterpiece. So in other words we should just sit and see what happens.
