Which i think is related to why Gorosei can't be Damaged nor seem to feel Pain
It's like They are already Dead & this is just Projection (Similar to Perona's Powers, but on Steroids)

Anyone that can fly (and is at least as tough as Bonney) should be able to go through it.

Because it’s Oda he will hype Gorosei’s power they will have super Regen ability so I think they will be first to enter Labophase .
