My best guess is it's either gonna be a major plot point to find it in one of the upcoming arcs, or it's gonna be already found by a pirate group like the Blackbeard pirates, and finding it will come with defeating them

Here’s where we can tell if Oda is really skipping to the grand finale.

Cause it‘s not outside the realms of possibility that Robin finds Kaido’s RP and- shock!- Kaido actually stole the one from FI at some point in the past and he has two.

Hopefully not and there’s at least one arc before Laugh Tale but you never know.
