Fraudo and big meme sucked ass as villains and characters,and since Lolda is too biased towards the good guys to write villains with respect,he won't use them any better if he brings them back. Therefore,it's better to forget both.
I don't want to read people saying "Big meme can be improved as a character if she is redeemed". This ignores all the rules of what makes a well-written villain. A well-written villain must be effective in living opposing the heroes. The most pathetic type of villain are those who can't live opposing the heroes,and need to end up becoming friends with them.
Since Lolda didn't allow Fraudo,big meme and their henchman to be effective in opposing condom-boy's gang,they deserve nothing but be laughed at.
