Since the advent of the mysterious Teach roots thru the Davy D. clan from God Valley theres a rumor circulating in the media about a certain Romeo from the Vinsmoke clan. They say it have something to do with Joy Boy. I don't know.

Honestly, I think that Romeo indeed existed. Not sure if he was necessarily Joy Boy's crewmate (as I think that Ryuma wasn't, they seem to be from different eras), but people were downplaying Gaban not so long ago and the dude just appeared in a bang at Elbaf... I wouldn't go back there again.

To be fair Oda brought in ryuuma who was from his old knight and samurai idea (and they were the inspiration of sanji and zoro) so there isn't a reason that its impossible for them to do that with Romeo
