1) Whitebeard: I cannot be the strongest forever
Hence there is someone stronger than Whitebeard. As we can see in MF admirals easily matched WB and sometimes even overpowered him. WB had the upper hand only when he attacked Akainu from behind.
2) Oda: Whitebeard is the strongest pirate in the world
So Whitebeard > All Pirates

I'm of the opinion that Wb was the Strongest in the World. Just like how it's said in the manga. 
Everything else is below him, Sick and feeble he may have been, He was Around even with Akainu, I'd say this is a WB that lost 30% roughly give or take of his physical strength.
As for the other Yonko I place them even with Admirals.
This whole back and forth arguing is annoying, Oda is Oda and will always somehow make clowns of his characters, Don't mistake that for being actually weak. Half the time these powerful characters are just standing around, If they actually did something they would pose way to much of a threat. Oda's biggest weakness is basically not showing/Off paneling so we don't see it.
You had fucking Sengoku stand around the whole fucking Marineford. Deadass could of gone Golden Buddha or w/e and sent shockwaves after shockwaves to the Pirate Fodder. But it doesn't happen because "Plot" or whatever the fuck. Same with WB and his Quake DF.

The kind of wound that Whitebeard received from Sakazuki (half of his head blown away) was more serious than what Kuzan received after ten days of non-stop battle against the same admiral. While it is true that Whitebeard was far from his peak and he himself admitted he couldn't stay the strongest forever, his performance against Sakazuki can't be explained if the admiral isn't close in strength to him. Again, it took ten days for Sakazuki to land what was likely to be the final blow (Kuzan losing his leg); it took five days for Jinbe and Ace to defeat each other; Kaido and Big Mom were perfectly fresh after a while fighting..., yet Whitebeard received an arguably lethal wound in a few hours. I personally can't see a person in the tier of Yonko Commanders or far below an emperor achieving that so soon.
Nah, he doesnt fear the scabbards, show me a panel. He was never afraid of Oden, show me a panel. Dude never mentioned Oden during the entirety of wano but 3 times, once when blowing up the castle, and twice when berating momo for not being like his dad(if anything he respects Oden and that was shown in the flashback too), so you cant call it PTSD if he doesnt ever mention or think of him.

This PSTD propaganda is nothing more than people who want to dehype and devalue One piece and make it look like a shitshow. Misinterpretations are one thing but willfully trying to be ignorant is damnable, and those who buy into it should be discredited. Try to be more objective than Subjective, which this community apparently runs on.
Reasons why Admirals are perceived as the strongest in OP verse:
- We haven't seen them bleed until very far in the story.
- They only bled against top tiers, taken by surprise and their opponents were desperate.
- They kept top tiers in check for 20 years
- They are based on Oda's favourite actors so they are bound to look good.
I didn't even go in detail but we still can clearly see that they deserve all the praise they get.
