Why are some Americans insecure and whiny?

Starting on bringing restrictions would be a good start. Through years it can be more strict to the point where only a small amount of people could have a gun at home.

yeah gun control are things like background checks and red flag laws which is sensible.

But the moment you talk about gun bans that number plummets. People here still want their guns

thats why political campaigns talk about things they want to implement
if a potential candidate gets elected on that platform
safe to say the will of the people who voted was to ban guns. this is why its important to vote.


laws will become stricter until there are less guns in circulation . people opposed to the stricter laws argue against it using the second amendment tho. thats the real hurdle .

and I can also tell you most of the country leans blue
specifically the younger generation

Completely banning would unnecessary when there will be a strict rigor of gun license. I think straight up ban on everything will make people get wild and scared. Plus I am kin on the closing step by step mass manufacture of guns, it might be done together with restrictions. Price for guns will take a cosmic level by that and with that less people will be hyped on getting their own.

well I guess what you and I see as favorable is not the same
gun policy being a tradition is a damn shame

it was tradition here to treat gay people as less than but we are gradually changing it and we still are
started with giving them an equal place in our laws. No reason why tradition cant be changed if its damning. Not asking for a dramatic change either

what I and most other people are asking for is a step in the right direction now.

some people are always resistant to change . as long as they know its illegal and there are consequences for doing so.
