Chapter Discussion Why are the Admirals being so sympathetic

I totally agree CD's are villains but Akainu still supports their action in the end. Also clearly end game villains needs to be seen here . I personally think oda wants Akainu to be one of final villains he is constantly shown biggest threat to strawhat pirates .
I really dont see BB pirates as end game villain primarily they are not as strong as i believed them to be. Garp single handedly took most of em out .
Seems like BB will be out before laughtale unless something out of blue happens .
I am not sure how will Oda write Akainu in sympathetic plot the man is all blaze and gun personally i think he would favor Imu if they were to reveal themselves .

Because those people are members of an enemy nation. They aren’t part of the WG and therefore in the eyes of the WG have no rights.

Even Old Garp is stronger than Akainu, and BB pirates took him out with half crew without even their captain is there, I don't know wtf are you talking about
Correction: they are dangerous to the Celestial dragons not to World. Red Dog definitely doesn't care what happens to regular people. The only reason he become Fleet Admiral because Celestial dragons wanted him against Sengoku's Aokiji decision, there is a reason Celestial Dragons choose him and Aokiji choose to work with BB pirates instead of working for them.
Because Loda realized that much of the Admirals besides Fujitora have been little but 1D antagonists for nearly 2 decades, and is aimlessly adding bittersweet flashbacks to them so that the scenes of them fighting and defeating those close to them would have much more impact than they'd otherwise have without them.
It's a lazy writing tool.

Agreed, but I feel this can be extended to the Marines as a whole. Can anyone really point out a moment in time where the Marines actually served the people and not actively harm the civilian by allowing authorative pirates run amuck in their societies. If anything the fucking pirates have done a much better job protecting the common folk from evil pirates than the damn Marines. Sengoku acting all flabbergasted about citizens taking the heads of Marines for money is goddamn hilarious. Is it really surprising they're doing so when you leave them with little options otherwise, especially when the World Government just takes, and takes, and takes, and takes from them through taxes to the point that many people are brought to the brink of poverty and starvation?
And lets not bring up Marineford where Akainu leaves his post, wasting and risking precious seconds in a fucking war just to show a mere fodder what for like a goddamn bully. And it wasn't even meant to make an example out of this random marine because it was done in some alleyway where no one was suppose to witness it. Akainu's just a sociopath. And the Marineford War as a whole really makes you realize how little the Marines care about the layman as Sengoku could of just Conquerors Haki to knock out much of the fodder pirates, making things less troublesome for his side, but instead of doing that he sends out countless marine fodder to their pointless deaths that could of been prevented if he cared even a little about his men and think more tactfully in the war.
But as it stands I can't see the Marines nor the World Government as anything but oppressors that bully those weaker than them, civilian or otherwise, just because they can, and some throwaway flashbacks isn't gonna change my mind.
