Hes interacted with kizaru the least by far.
In sabaody the clear parallel of this arc luffy and kizaru interacted 0 times
Brook did more.

If he fights luffy now it's worse for you

So there's no need to set up this for a future fight meaning kizaru would get Clowned

The problem is that the light gloves will definitely be used to interact with Kizaru at some point. It’s very blatant set up, and it means he gets to the island.

And it’s not just the light gloves that imply Kizaru makes it there. Since this arc is all about learning the secrets of devil fruits, the likelihood of seeing awakened logia abilities is at least 70-80% (this is why Erkan is making cope threads about Marco’s “awakening”). And since logia awakening will probably require there to be material around, this is just more evidence Kizaru makes it to the island.

So either:
1) Kizaru gets past Zoro.
2) Kizaru runs away from Zoro.

And if we’re assuming Kizaru doesn’t get clowned that pretty blatantly implies Zoro gets beaten.

Although to be fair, Kizaru does say “I didn’t think it would take one hit” at Saobody. So if we’re paralleling maybe Kizaru says “it didn’t take one hit this time” when he beats Zoro.

Like, as a Zoro fan, is it really a good look for him to stall but ultimately lose to an admiral? Especially since I thought he was supposed to be close to Luffy?
