The only thing that makes any sense at this point is Kuzan officially joining the crew. Oda couldn’t keep BB with such a low bounty, especially since Luffy/Kidd/Law and Mihawk were now 3 billion or above.
I’ll always keep emphasizing how low Blackbeard’s original bounty was. A clear mistake by Oda.
