Multiple WS doesn't exist at the same time.
- Whitebeard had it. While no one else did any strongest Title.
- Mihawk took the reigns After it.
- During Marineford , Whitebeard wasn't even at his prime , stated multiple times , he simply carried the title along.
- You can fit kaidou in between of it or not. Either way my theory works.

World strongest woman if it exists.......is a low bar if you'd adk me
If there exist World strongest woman and world strongest swordswomen, that would make these woman division title look weak in the grand scheme of things, because w'all realise they made separate division because woman can't compete with man (If i sound sexist, so be it)
One piece world as a fictional world doesn't give af about gender division like sports championship.
Strongest woman would mean shit because that would invoke the reason that woman need seperate Strongest title based on gender because they can't compete with top tier MAN
Big mom is too powerful that giving her the strongest woman title is like trying to look down on her......when her rivals are some of the strongest male/character in the show. So nobody treats her like she's a woman, she competes in the man's division. Gender is irrelevant to her and also generally irrelevant to shonen battle manga that focus on power lvl.
