Sasuke and Naruto always had God powers for a long time, isn't this enough for peace? Can anyone do something while Naruto is hokage and Sasuke is with him?

In Boruto, villages are busy with Otsutsukis. Ofc peace will be still there.

That is just a twisted version of dictatorship, not peace. Great villages and their Kages act like Naruto's PR team and accept his every single request not because they like him so much, because they fear him and Konoha. The peace is insincere.

Itachi killed people. Sasuke didnt want to be like his brother. He kept Naruto alive. He didnt kill any sound village shinobis and he even hated Orochimaru cuz Orochi was using people's life.

After he learned Itachi's story, he didnt care about killing anymore. He tried to kill Karin, he killed Danzo. Cuz he learned from his brother it is okay killing even innocent people if it is for good.

He had conversation with hokages, he decided to make a peace as Itachi's dream. We shouldn't forget Itachi killed his own clan "for Konoha's peace." Sasuke was just a kid and as i said he was just imitating Itachi with his own way. All kages were menace for peace. People were still gonna use bijuus as treat. This is why Sasuke fought with Naruto.

There was a war in Boruto between Konoha and Kara cuz Kara members were strong enough to handle with Naruto and Sasuke. Sasuke is softie in Boruto's manga as people want.

He wanted to become an "evil" dictator so that he would be the target of all the hatred in the world, all the villages and shinobi would only hate him.

And because he was alone, had nothing, he would be able to bear that hatred.

With everyone only hating him, they would all become allies and live in peace.

He was inspired by Itachi, because to him Itachi was the true Hokage. He took on the Uchiha preparing to betray the leaf and killed them, then became a villain in the eyes of Konoha, only so that nobody would have to go to war and no ninja in the leaf would hate the Uchiha / Sasuke for it.
