Kaido challenging marines while being a rookie is nothing though.........even roger will get captured when he is 10 years old............you challenge someone when you are decently strong.......

Interesting answer but kaido was cuffed by sea stones for most part so I don't think so.......

It's not fully clear who attempted to execute Kaido out of the Marines exactly, albeit one can speculate, so I would like to stay skeptical until further notice, assuming that notice will ever come into place.

Apparently Conqueror’s Haki is needed to do bypass his durable skin and damage him, which makes me wonder why Sengoku didn’t execute Kaido since Sengoku is the only known Marine that has Conqueror’s.

Larines lack Advanced Ryou and CoC and one of the two is essential to do lasting damage to Waido. He must have beat the shit out of the AdmiraLs every time, escaped.

It definitely still needs to be explained. The only tenable explanation right now is that they strictly stuck to official execution methods and didn't let any top tier personally try to kill him.

Even beyond that, if his invulnerability is due to his devil fruit then he should have been killed when cuffed with seastone.
