General & Others Why do Admiral fans act like Sabo vs Akainu doesn’t make sense?

Sabo vs Sakazuki makes total sense.

Sabo beating Sakazuki doesn't. Or rather such a scenario would be incredibly underwhelming and make me question why Oda made Sakazuki Fleet Admiral at all.
You act like fleet admiral is an important title in one piece but Sengoku didn’t do anything in his tenure either.

Rogers greatest adversary in the marines was a vice admiral.

sabo hasnt made in a point to act in revenge , rather his sole goal seems just to protect luffy .
no interaction or thoughts towards akainu either.
it has as much legs to stand on as the shiryu will get the diamond fruit headcanon.

luffy on the other hand has displayed more displeasure hearing about akainu than even BB when jinbei mentioned him.
talks about surpassing both the admirals and the yonko
but am supposed to believe he doesnt engage with the strongest navy fighter , the one who killed his brother , and had luffy doubt himself?
yeah ok

also how many times will you ask the same dumb question
.....
rofl . do you expect a different answer??

highest position in the navy , you know the organisation doffy confirms reign supreme in the seas
....
garp was an exception because he blatantly refused promotion
and roger himself mentioned garp and sengoku in the same plane.
what are you talking about........

I understand it’s the highest position in the navy, but I just don’t see the fleet admiral position to be a good reason for Luffy vs Akainu.

If it’s just based on position, why not Luffy vs Kong who’s head of the entire WG military and the boss of Akainu.

I’m just saying out of all the reasons to dislike Sabo vs Akainu or prefer Luffy vs Akainu, saying “he’s fleet admiral” is the weakest

ah ok

Luffy enemy is Imu.

Akainu have nothing related with the D., Void Century, JoyBoy and all the important things of the world.

Think Luffy and Akainu will clash and we will get some amazing pages of Luffy punching him, but Luffy will let the fight for Sabo and go deal with more important things.

Sabo isnt a D. so i dont think he will be in the group that will deal with Imu, but he is Luffy older brother, have Ace fruit and more important, his inherited will, so a fight against the War Dog of the WG seems who have killed his brother seems for for me.

Ana also he is the Second in command of the Revos and probably will be the one to lead whatever left of the revos after the Final War, so isnt a weak opponent for Akainu.

The Akainu fan seems a bit too confused with his place in the story, he isnt final Boss material, those are Teach and Imu.

Sabo the revolutionary guy want to fight world nobles thst control world government.

It is agenda from revolutionary team who know. They see not fighting admirals. They are fighting gorsei, cp0, and even IM.

’Here is if scene :

Sabo see two people called akainu and IM. Sabo know akainu is fleet admiral and IM is control world government.

‘What sabo choose to fight ? Akainu or IM ?

Akainu because Akainu would insult dragon to Sabos face like he did to Ace

I don't necessarily diasagree, but I would question why Oda made him FA to begin with if all he amounts to is an obedient soldier who gets defeeated by the Revo Army's second in command. He could just stay an Admiral for that.

Akainu because Akainu would insult dragon to Sabos face like he did to Ace
:lawsigh: It is about sabo choice to pick fight nothing with akainu insult. Akainu care more luffy like broly care about goku.Beside, Akainu already been angry when he heard luffy word.
Sabo just ignore akainu and beat up IM and take the throne cause he know IM is ruler of world .

I mean why would sabo choose akainu when if sabo knew IM existence which monkey d dragon is literally want to remove world nobles power out of the world government.

the whole sabo vs Akainu theory is like sanji vs king theory , sanji goes on rooftop

Koala literally said it, Revos true enemies are the celestial dragons.

It'd make more sense for Sabo's opponent to either be a Gorosei member (highest ranking celestial dragons) or CP0 boss (direct shield of celestial dragons)
Heck even, when it comes to marines Sabo has much more ties to Fujitora than Akainu. Sabo may clash with Akainu (like Sanji clashed with King) but that's all

Then you could have Borsalino as Fleet Admiral while Kuzan and Sakazuki fight for another reason.

But that just brings up the question why bring in specifically 2 new admirals, and why there can only be 3 admirals at a time.
Becausd oda wanted the navy to be more aggressive in the second half of one piece. (As stated by Jinbe that they have been)

The ideal character to lead that is the man who believes in absolute justice and who would kill subordinates in battle for talking back.

Why bring in two admirals, because those are Sanji and Zoros future fights. Why not more? Because then Oda will need to find more people powerful enough to defeat Admirals in the final war which will water down the importance of it.

Because it doesn't make sense whatsoever.

Only people on copium about Akainu's strength are pushing that agenda.

The manga tells you Sabo doesn't blame anyone for Ace's death, he literally passed through Marineford to go up to Marijoie and never even mentioned Akainu's name once.

The problem isn't that luffy won't fight akainu but then it won't be an extreme diff fight as luffy had to have energy to have a fight against imu and oda won't even spend that much time for their fight too
The problem is that you're on copium about Akainu being stronger than your boy who will be irrelevant once Wano ends
