Questions & Mysteries Why do so many people confuse ambition with will?

#1

People try to say that Sanji’s will is not equal to Luffy or Zoro’s simply because he does not aspire or strive to be famous. Loving to poke fun at a paniced Sanji telling Zoro to abandon his dream(aspiration). It sounds so absurd to me.

Disregarding the fact that he holds true to the notion that he will never fight with his hands or strike a woman even if it gets him killed.

Finding the All Blue = Finding One Piece just one is more strived for and gets you king of the oceans status… His set dream and goal in life

He openly will defy Luffy’s will and hit him the man straight up said the captains orders don’t mean a damn thing to him in concerns to his beliefs and self will. Fights with Zoro on a daily basis. Practically actually actively being a liability to his life and the crews and merely trusting they make up for his weakness, never losing faith or his fighting spirit.

Am I missing something here because how does that not qualify him as amongst the strong most strong willed

Both are related to each other. having greater ambition required greater will. Become King of Pirate / Strongest Swordman is required greater will than to find misterius place. Zoro & Luffy need to overcome much more real obstacles on the way to their dream than Sanji. So imo among the three Sanji is indeed at the bottom of the list

Forget about it. After Coby anyone can have conquerors just like I always said. Bullshit about will doesn't exist.
