lucci said the same shit pre timeskip , its a callback to him getting hit by gear3

saying that doesnt mean he got knocked out as we can clearly see lucci still fighting after getting hit by gear3

They would only take back control if Kaku and Stussy were knocked out as well, and they weren't.

It's Exact Copy of Pre-TS Scene (Literally same Panel just like their Clash was Copied)
Was Lucci Defeated that Time?
U know better than the Manga itself?

Anyone who says Lucci was Defeated in that Scene, means They believe Lucci was Defeated Pre-TS when Hit by Gigante Pistol

There is a difference in panels, in your pic he says “I mustnt faint” meaning he believes he can still fight to stay up whereas in my panel he just aknowledges that his mind is gone. I dont recall but was he up instantly after this hit? Lucci was gone for a minute or two after being punched by Luffy in Egghead.

This is a dumb take. Callbacks doesnt mean 1 for copy of events. Ill trust what Lucci said over “ muh parallels’’. He is literally white eyed in the egghead panel as opposed to the Enis Lobby one and puking blood.

That's like saying their Clash Scene wasn't Copy Past of Pre-TS because it's not Base Luffy vs Base Lucci.
White Eyes don't necessarily mean Defeat, did you start One Piece from Egghead?

U know what's Dumb? U can't provide a Panel of Lucci Defeated in Egghead
In both Fights, Lucci says "I'm Losing Consciousness"
In both Fights, Lucci fell & returned to Human Form

No need for Mental Gymnastics
We know when Luffy Defeats his Opponents, that wasn't like any of them

In Enies Lobby we see him still conscious and up the very next page. In egghead we dont see him for multiple pages after he said hes going to go unconscious. There is a difference.
