I refuse to believe Luffy is weaker than Kizaru, in my headcanon, Luffy is stronger than Kaido.

So in order to cope with the realisation that Luffy is not as strong as I thought he was I’m blaming Oda for purposefully nerfing Luffy for tension by making him NOT go all out.

I think it should just be a assumed competent top tiers (Luffy lol, Kaido, Garp, Gaban Etc) never really use armament haki alone in fights. If attack they do with CoA is also for sure juiced a little with CoC. Especially in high stakes fights.
