General & Others Why does Luffy have favoritism as a captain?

A captain is supposed to love his crew equally but its clear Luffy only has love in his heart for the monster trio and Nami.

In FMI, Luffy only trusted Sanji and Zoro with sending Big Mom a message

In WCI, Luffy handled Sanji way diffrent than hes handled any other crew member leaving the crew, he never told Robin, "I cant become pirate king without you!"

He hardly ever talks to his crewmates, in fact i cant even remember the last time he spoke to Franky

Thats not a sign of a good captain

Like so obvious he doesn't need to say that

And he risked his life as well as the entire crew's life to save Robin

The reality of the situation is Usopp is that poor friend who had to be cut off because he couldn't keep up with the rich friend's lifestyle. Luffy is just nika these days anyway, but he definitely thinks very little of most of the SHs, he has no respect for them whatsoever cause they are less than fodder.

This is most likely tied to Luffy realizing his crew is all he had after Ace died, and how much he really needed them. I can't imagine Luffy talking that way to pre TS sanji either

But yeah, it's pretty unfortunate that Oda stopped caring about the crew around Marineford.

Goofda has erased Robins relevance with poneglyphs, Pudding can read them, the Kozuki can read them, the man with the burnt scar can read them

Robin being the only one who can read poneglyphs is the same type of lie Oda told in the beggining of the series that there are only 5 devil fruits that grant flight

Pudding is on a rival crew and she's very likely not joining the Straw Hats at all. The only Kozuki that can likely read them currently is Moria and obviously he won't help Luffy out, and the burn scar man is unknown so for now Robin is the only poneglyph reader that wants to help Luffy and will do so.
