Zoro said a random word to a weakass kid and he became a chad shogun the same arc.
Rayleigh is dogshit at teaching anything as well. His methods are Garp tier. Abandoning a child on an island with dangerous animals. What a dumb piece of shit.

Not into powerscaling and also loda doesn't seems to care but let's be real with something if it's not for the M3 (now the M4 with Jinbe union) this crew would not survive every villain since dressrosa knows how to use it even fodders from kaido's crew
Not saying all should use it because abilities like nami and Maybe franky but chopper Brook robin and Ussop should learn at least armament chopper is a zoan and Brook is a swordsman robin was with characters like sabo and dragon and Ussop should improve his CoO since he is a sniper
In my opinion among the M4 Jinbe is the one who should teach robin and chopper martial artst zoro Brook because swordsmanship Ussop should train by his own and learn it himself

They only fight when there's no choice.
Even Luffy who's naturally born fighters needed time and commitment under Rayleigh to learned basic haki.
Ppl like Nami, Chopper etc they aren't build for that. Maybe they'll come across on future adventure by plot power, otherwise unlikely.

Cause One Piece power system is poorly thought out, even if some straw hats are not real fighters they still get involved in battle, you can't go wrong with some basic haki teaching. Any fodder logia like Monet or Caribou could basically wipe out half the crew and that's insane thinking about it.
But in term of meta, the issue comes more from Luffy speedrunning the race to becoming the pirate king, you cannot realistically learn haki within a few weeks/months so no point teaching the crew for Oda I guess.
