If Greenbull did create his own Black Blade, his special Nature logia powers may have facilitated it.. The fact that he can regenerate altogether from a sprout is the most interesting thing to me about his powers.. Not only that he can suck the life energy out of people which suggest he could share a part of his own soul to a Blade if it's a key requirement to the makings of a Black Blade..

Fujitora has a Supreme Grade Blade, it's not unthinkable that Aramaki could have Skillful Grade Black Blade, right under Ryuma.. A Great Grade Blade like Shusui would be pushing it maybe, but there's still a tiny slim possibility..

I think it's very likely that Ryokugyu did turn his Blade Black, and there are different Black Blade Grades.. Usopp got a Black Weapon too which everyone keep dismissing..

The Kuja arrows are permanently infused in base CoA, a single step away from Black Arrows..

I don’t think making a black blade is really about strength or haki tbh so I personally don’t really care if he specifically made it. I like the thought of whoever his loved one was sacrificing her life for some reason and dying with the blade potentially making it black

He’s probably a good swordsman too tho tbh. He might even have a sword style tho he obviously doesn’t limit himself to it

Actually i think there was, because Aramaki is not satisfied to be the Marine's Greatest Military power, he's also pursuing the Peak of Swordsmanship with CoA..

I don't care only because I know he doesn't believe most of the shit that he spews. It seems like he just makes most of these threads so he can engage in his usual circlejerk with his fellow Admiral fans. Hence the big ass taglist of Admiral fans he puts in every thread, and the exaggerations of their power levels (i.e saying Aramaki with no fruit would beat Oden for sure, and saying Shanks and Mihawk are weaklings who the Admirals might beat with no fruits as well, etc.).

This is very long, I understand the gist and agree that Ryo doesn’t seem the type to steal another’s power for himself. He seems to have way too much pride for that imo.

I think the main point to him making the blade himself is just his personality. Dude on a whim decided to stop eating for three years. He doesn’t half ass anything he does, hell until shanks showed up he was fully prepared to enter a possible suicide mission because he wants to. Dude flew all the way from sphinx island just cause after all. He doesnt accept half measures, as such, him having a black blade makes sense because if he decides to master this blade, he will master it.

This can also explain why he didn’t use it, because he put certain tenets on himself about when he will and won’t use his sword.

It can't be with simple math, Aokiji and Garp did the same battleship bag training, their strenght and CoA is on par.. Yet
Aokiji had his ice powers for Advantage, but it was an even clash, so Garp had to use AdCoC to make the clash even since he was
lacking with just strenght + CoA, versus Aokiji, strenght, CoA + Ice..
