Its not a fairytail or plot armor even at the start he already fated to this kind of thing. Coby vs Boa if its gona happen its like Luffy vs Kaido both want to follow their dreams if coby manage to beat boa i think he can start to follow where luffy is going. Like garp follows roger.

whoaaa thats not true at all to what helmeppo said his haki is different he didnt felt it. I think if he starts to fight boa hancock he could even unlock all his haki but for sure tho he already unlocked his observation during the paramount war and we saw him use arnament when he saved the royal family of dressrosa its not true at all that he is logue town smoker level if the fight beetween them happen coby might unlock his kings haki since it was stated that all the admirals has it since his dream is to become the admiral of the navy im for sure he need to have a kings haki and even then boa would even bilieve that he will achieve that dream.

why i think he will unlock it during his fight with hancock its because hancock has it and all the types of haki, coby would for sure get stronger if they fight.

I think Boa is on Aokiji level. While Coby should be Veteran level at best.

Any particular reasons however?

Boa has nothing above Doffy in any category we look at, even hype. Heck they were even both rulers.

And Coby was still trained by Garp and Bogard for more than 2 years, so I imagine his haki turned pretty potent overall.

Sengoku and Aokiji hyped Boa up. When Luffy got stalled by Aokiji in Marineford, Boa was about to jump in and help Luffy until Marco kicked Aokiji away. Doflamingo on the other hand, Fuji did say something about Doffy but I forgot what he've said. Coby got a good training for sure but his strength and haki is still not up there yet.
