Probably because none of them look impressive. They got negged by Aokiji and Boa, Law’s fodder crew was holding their own for a while and their fruits at face value are pretty tame. They (mainly Zoro and Sanji’s opponents) really need hype if they’re meant to be end game material

The whole crew is a bunch of clowns. The "famous" level 6 prisoners are a joke. The captain is a fatass joker. He could have Crydo,Shanks,Mihawk and Akainu under his command and he would remain the same obesse clown.

Narrative wise he will end up stronger than 99.9% of the verse probably, still doesnt change that fact he is a failure.

Tbf, the only ones that got negged are the ones that are likely not BBs top commanders. Its high chance that Shiryu, Laffite and Kuzan are his top ones, as they seem to be the ones that are generally fine most of the time

Yeah that’s true, I’m a Shiryu advocate myself but more needs to be done with the top heavy crew members to make them feel threatening. Especially since the weaker ones are giving a bad reputation to the crew as a whole. Hopefully it changes soon with a possible interaction with the RHP
