Speculations Why is Oda allergic to giving all the SHs 1v1 fights in an arc?

I mean Chopper can draw blood from Queen, I don’t even think Pegasus can think for himself lol
The blood scene is like Kiku stabbing through Kaido. It really doesn’t mean anything.

All of the Blackbeard Pirates looked downplayed now, but we know they’re all going to be strong. Stronger included.

Well let‘s see, Chopper could fight both Doc Q and Stronger though. I think they should be counted as 1, because Doc Q lacks mobility. That makes more sense for me, monster point is even too broken for them imo (for now)

I genuinely don’t think you can count the two as one. Stronger has a mythical devil fruit with who knows what kind of ability and Chopper doesn’t have haki to counter Doc Qs.

Chopper also lacks mobility to fight Doc Q and Stronger. Chopper isn’t 2v1ing Doc Q and Stronger. It’s almost as unlikely as people saying Chopper Vs Queen

Luffy is the mc so he always has to fight
Zoro's role in the crew is the combatant so he always has to fight
That's all there is to it

Its possible Oda has a new method of doing fights (i.e. 1ish chapter outside of the M3), and at this point near the endgame, he needs everyone to be properly showcased as we move towards some big war or whatever, but Im not holding my breath.

I expect 3 or 4 VAs to be properly highlighted, while the rest are either defeated by circumstance or just not at all

Unless Oda creates a frame work for plot or character growth, a fully fledged fight takes ink and time from the actual plot.

I think Oda should work harder to incorporate fights and plots for the main cast—it’s a good way to test their resolve and give them relevancy and growth. But if there’s no reason for a fight, Oda ain’t having one for spectacles sake.

He doesn’t care to or just feels like the SHs don’t need to.

biggest myth we had during Wano was “once we leave all the side characters behind we’ll get more SH time” lol

There are 3 straw hats that didn't get a real fight in Wano

Usopp, Brook and Chopper (I don't really consider Nami's fight to have been one either, but Oda might disagree with me )
These three should get good showings against some vice-admirals, but I'm not holding my breath

What character growth did Franky get from fighting Sasaki? Not every fight needs to have some deeper meaning

The only other reason for fights are like the wano fights where oda used them to establish the straw hats power dynamics.

Because that’s a lot of fights and most straw hats don’t need them.

Like even against the BB Pirates chopper and Brook will probably tag team Doc Q since stronger has his own mythical zoan power.
Having them run around isn't needed either yet thats what we get with them, sounds like excuses to justify Oda because he wastes time/panels on them, they just do nothing.

I agree we don’t need run piece. The only reason oda does it is because of how popular it was during Marineford.

But we don’t need all the straw hats to fight either cause not all the straw hats need to be super strong.

Not everyone needs to be as strong as Zoro, Sanji or Jinbe but at this point they need to be strong enough to hold their own, they are a yonko crew now,
