Powers & Abilities Why is Oda doing this?

People really be finding ZKk anywhere 
Fire has been a theme on Wano, why Oda choose to do that I don't know.
Oden was boiled alive, Kaido destroyed Oden's kaido with a Boro Breath and before it was already burned to the ground by Orochi's forces.
Kanjuro ultimate ability was a big fire nuke as well as kings with the Dragon Magma stuff.
Red Roc being the first Luffy attack that damaged Kaido, the fire clouds lifting Onigashima, Luffy being the Sun God or Lord of Fire as per Hyou.
I mean if I look for more I will probably find countless ones.
Does anyone know the significance of fire in Japanese/Asian culture?

Like don't get me wrong, I love kaido's ultimate attack, but idk why Oda basically used the same idea 3 times. Maybe its symbolic, since this is the "fire festival". Maybe Oda will have Luffy use an even stronger fire attack to show that he is the sun god. Or maybe this is just lazy writing. I don't know.
Personally, I would have liked it if King and Big Mom had different abilities. Like what if King could awaken his DF and gained access to a form that looked similar to a western dragon. Or if Linlin had some sort of soul cannon( possibly paralleling Kid's damned punk). I think they had very unique abilities and I wish they didn't all basically have the same ultimate technique.
Especially for Linlin, Mother's misery looks absolutely shit compared to the fire dragon. idk why Oda couldn't have made her use an actual powerful attack and have Kid/Law dodge it or something.

I'm being 100% serious. No agenda. I really think that's what's happening. I think sanjis gonna play a big recovery role for the starving people of wano and he'll have a major Mr prince moment.
Sanjis been indirectly hyped by 2 fucking emporers who can't use blue flames. Let alone produce plasma.
No I'm not saying sanjis attack is stronger. Just the fire aspect.
King's one is for obvious reasons, a cheap Zoro/Ryuma parallel slaying a dragon.
Kaido's one is a surprise for me, because his dragon form is the most shit but it seems author wanted to make up for it so he gave him his strongest attack on this form. On the other hand, is not a surprise that it's another kind of blast/fire stuff. It's not like it can launch good punches or tail attacks in that form, his most characteristic attack was a fire one.
I'm not sure if any of BigMom's attacks we saw is a ultimate attack, I wouldn't bet for any. Misery seems another attack. It's more like since she is so versatile, she doesn't have.
