Mans a top tier yonko and has been causing havoc ever since hes made himself known to the wg

His accomplishments

1. Killing tatch (a commander) and obtaining the yami fruit
2. Beating ace and turning him in
3. Freeing level 6 prisoners and having some of them along with a previous impel down warden join him
4. Stealing whitebeards gura friut (ome of the strongest fruits ever) and becoming the first known person to have 2 devil fruit
5. Defeating the remenants of the whitebeard pirates during the payback war
6. Gaining tons of territories and influence

I know this isn't gonna be his final bounty but even now i feel like he definitely derserves more
Especially with luffy being barely 700 mil away

We dont experience him doing a chaos after Marineford-Payback war right. Maybe they keep targeting a spesific devil fruit user without trying to make a chaos.

Thats why Marine/World Govt still dont consider him as a "Big Threat" even though he had 2 Devil Fruits.

• He's a new Yonko untested by any adversary.
• Whitebeard's full territories didn't go to him. Fishman Island went to Big Mom it's likely other islands were split too.
• His chief ten captains have been on the look out for OP Devil Fruits. So the full strength of the crew is evolving but there's no cause to update Teach's bounty based on this.
• The Gorosei/Imu potentially trying to downplay Teach cause he's a D.

I disagree that is low, Teach go from zero to 2b in just 2years. BM, Kaido and Shanks have been pirates for decades to get theirs 4b bounties, so we could say he have the fastest growing bounty of the manga and probabily will pass them by the EOS.

Agree. Luffy has a 1.5 B bounty with his best achievements post time skip being first taking out a(nother) Shiki and then defeating a YC 1 and 3. Good but Teach accomplishments are actually magnitudes above it, even more if we consider it is the WG that dishes out the bounties (it wouldn't make much sense even if it was BM who made them btw): became a shiki by giving the WG the son of Roger and YC of the strongest yonko WB. Betrayed the WG midway infilitrating the impenetrable Impel Down and freeing the worst criminals of the world kept there, also recruiting in his crew some of the strongest among these lvl 6th prisoners. At this ppijt he already ashamed the WG twice by using the position of shiki they gave him like a lockpick to open Impel down and shame the reputation of that prison forever (among with Sengoku who later had to resign even because of this). And if this was not enough he even went to Marineford, dealt the final blow on WB, stole the strongest paramecia in front of everybody becoming the first known man to have 2 df and also partially destroyed Marineford. At that point despite all the havoc he did he simply exit Marineford without any marine even trying to stop him despite what he just did to them. Then him beating Marco and the WB remnants in the Payback war was a formality (it is absurd he started to be conaidered a yonko obly after that fact which is minor conlmpared to what he did at Marineford).

Anyway this weights, even more if we consider it is the WG who creates the bounties, magnitudes over Luffy's beating of a YC 1 and 3. This or the WG simply considers BM and her crew - base comparable to the navy as a whole so that ashaming her is almost the same as ashaming the navy-WG.

I think because he does not have many alliance and grandfleet as RHP, WB, BM, or Kaido. But yeah still underated bounty for someone who has 2 strongest df

Plus that number is not very even, i guess oda want to foreshadow something or have some trivia

Luffy's best feats are going into and out of a Yonko's territory after declaring war on them, messing up their plans entirely, stealing their ponyglyph, Luffy was the one who made the attack on WG at Enies Lobby, Luffy was the one who led the jail break, Luffy was the one who saved Ace despite the whole of Marineford being against him (sure Ace's personality led to the death eventually but still), Luffy has Shanks/Rogers Hat, he is the son of the world's most wanted man, his grandfather is well trusted and loved by the world and this is sending out a really messed up message to the population, he has a grand fleet, has an incredible strength growth rate and is now creeping up to Admiral level strength while being 19.
I'm surprised if someone like King or Marco can even have a comparable bounty to Luffy at this point.

Cuz he only had 2 years to go from 0 to 2.247 B while shanks had an entire lifetime to accumulate 4B.

Plus his crew kinda sucks. They seem weak .

-Luffy wrecking havoc in eniest lobby > his bounty became 300M
-Luffy infiltrated impel down and freed Jimbei, Crocodile, Invankov, buggy, buggy's crew, then almost succeeded in freeing Ace > his bounty became 400 M
- Luffy wrecking havoc in BM territory, beating up two YC, then known to have a grandfleet with 7 powerful pirates that sails under his flag > his bounty become 1,5 B

- all BB did was beating Ace, infiltrated ID (which was already in chaos due to luffy's action) and freed some prisoners, and then beating up WB remants. Killing Whitebeard wasn't really a big deal since he was pretty much already at the brink of dead, and destroying some part of MF isn't that big of a deal as well since a large part of it was already messed up by WB. also, having 2 DF is not a crime.
I think his bounty is already veryyyyy high. And he achieved it in lesser time than anyone else in the series. It is the 4 the highest known bounty of living person in the verse anyway, and that's already something.

It doesn't actually make any sense and is literally just so Oda can give him an absolutely massive raise at some point. Since Blackbeard is also Worst Gen and is meant to be up and coming, like Luffy.

Teach's bounty is just right for what it is. Blackbeard was not considered a threat until Marineford. In 2 years he went from 0 to 2 billion. That's impressive.

That Luffy is basically responsible for Dozens of Nations deals with Doflamingo becoming public which humiliated the shit out of the world government? That Luffy helped Issho Humiliate the World Government so badly that they dissolved the Warlord system? That The World Nobles are nowadays pissing themselves and Sending in The CP0 to kill Doflamingo to save their secret?
