How did you come to that conclusion lol ?
Aokiji got stabbed by WB and got 0 damage, he then went to freeze WB who got ''saved'' by Jozu.
Akainu practically killed WB and the latter had to throw him away to stall a bit...Akainu then came back to face everyone in WB's crew.
Kizaru didn't clash with WB, Marco intervened.
I'm not saying admirals > Yonko, but more like they are grossly on the same level (more or less)

They are not disrespected they are just put in place when there are guys on their level around with only exception being Whitebeard.

Shanks didnt actually defeat Grenbull , how is that different from Blackbeard who didnt want to fight Akainu ???

What feats you said Zoro will be mid top tier, manga made it pretty clear Zoro will be the one surpassing Mihawk the strongest swordsman. It was directly said that Mihawk is world strongest swordsman and that he is currently waiting for someone to surpass Shanks and actually challenge him for title.

So Eos Zoro will surely be above likes or Kaido , Oden and similar.
