Lucci’s statement speaks volumes on how the OP world views an Admiral in comparison to a Yonko.

According to Lucci, one Admiral + one Cipher Pol 0 agent can annihilate an entire Yonko main crew lol. And Lucci fought Gear 5 so he isn’t unaware of Luffy’s power lol.
