Why are people suddenly pretending that lightning is ACoC when it's been used a million times before Oda even introduced it.
It's definitely not for lack of reading cause it's been everywhere so it's almost like they think if they lie enough it'll become true.

Luffy didn’t use it on the seraphims because they are immune to AdvCoC as well

Luffy didn’t use it on Kizaru because Kizaru has plot armor

I will laugh my ass off at him pretty much retconning AdCoC once he realised how overpowered it is

Just like how he retconned CoO, Enel's Priests are better CoO users than the majority of New World Vets, Boa's sisters too

Luffy adCoC is retconned. He will reawake it later against someone else. FS itself is retconned after Katakuri fight so why not CoC?

You said nothing , he used it there in his first attack towards Kizaru and got blocked and you are just ignoring it.

Luffy has yet to shown a definitive use of AdCoC outside of Wano. This is weird considering Luffy usually has no qualms about using his newly gained abilites the following arcs. Why has Luffy suddenly forgotten about the ability "Only a handful of the strongest" can use?

There's a reason why nobody looks at these panels and ask "is Luffy using AdCoC?"

I actually hope he isn't using aCoC because the strongest Yonkou should be capable to push the weakest C3 Admiral out of non troll mode.

Luffy isn't the strongest Yonko, at this point the strongest Yonko is Shanks.
Kizaru isn't the weakest C3 Admiral (I assume you mean the original three)? He is probably the strongest, unless you assume he doesn't know haki.

Obviously there is a reason: is the same reason that brought tens of users to say that Kizaru would have been beaten in a single chapter, a thing that they would have never, ever said if there were an Emperor on PH.

Same reason why BM forgot it for the majority of her own battle, Lolda likes to nerf characters who like to play and be gags for plot and fake tension.

Because Loda isn't creative or smart enough to make the tension in his story believable, so alternatively he goes with the most laziest solution and make characters hold back regardless of whether or not the situation calls for it, even if it's out of character to do so. If an individual character starts doing it too consistently, consequently such actions become a character trait, even if unintentional by the author. This is why I prescribe Zoro as a guy that fights at the level of his opponents even if it dangers those he loves, making him a bonafide hypocrite.

Luffy and half an army. And I am not convinced Kaido was stronger than Shanks. Kaido himself said that "Haki rules all", and guess who is the only Yonko who uses Haki and nothing else?

Based on what? As I said, the only way Kizaru will be weaker than the other two is if his Haki is crap. Which may well be the case, but I'd rather not assume that to be the case just yet.

And Kuzan is not significantly weaker than Akainu either.
