Yes because he was carrying a sword he didn't fully master that drains haki so he was being cautious at first

The facts still stand, Zoro had a free shot with three swords at Kaido's neck and didn't draw a single drop of blood. That's the same man who you lot swore has the highest ap in Onigashima and this with the help of another Nova:yasu:
Coudn't even replicate the feats of Udon Luffy who knocked down Kaido
Just to clarify zoro was perfectly able to coat his swords in haki before he got to onigashima and before the rooftop

Yes one used haki the other didn't no suprise Luffy did more damage as Zoro was just testing out the water at first. From there on it's all Zoro show though Zoro tatsumaki doing more damage than anything Luffy showed on the roof

Luffy can train swordsmanship under Zoro maybe you guys will feel more secure he can even have Enma:yasu:

Yamato attack knocked down Kaido while Luffy failed to do the same with coc infused KKG attack so which one do you think is stronger
