Because he didn’t kill himself. He was thoroughly beaten and exhausted and the magma killed him. And it’s not off panel we saw the eruption

That is what Momonuske thinks. Even with his Great Observation Haki. When someone's "Voice" fades it doesn't mean that they are dead. A confirmation means Oda making sure we actually get to know the "death" just like how he does in his flashbacks or in the case of WB and Ace. I am not saying that i know that a 100% Kaido is alive. I am only saying that there is no proof.

i agree fair point i think kaido comes back injured from the lava in some way (indirect akainu hype) but in no way do i think magma killed him nor big mom

My point here is - i think it's very possible Magma was disintegrating them there .

Now , i think it's possible we will see Big Mom in her ship next chapter , but i'm leaning towards her being dead since Kaido should be dead , especially since she has the same natural durability as him if not weaker .

Kaido also once said he wouldn't settle for anything other than Wano afterall , but of course his menace to the Wano citizens should cease by now .

First i thought it would be some idea / theory thread, also something interesting. But it is just ZKK-Agenda still ongoing. How long till you accept ZKK is gone?

If all you said is gonna happen Wano will go on like 50 chapter minimum. Allies already defeated Kaido and BM. Oda should have done what you said inside the raid. But he didnt so why would Oda do this other than Zoro's fame inside Wano.
