I love your example but it would only make sense..if Shanks owned only majority shares in a publically traded company (His famous crew) and that company's worth was around 1.5 Trillion aka Shanks bounty

Mihawk did just free Lance work but his free Lance work is so impactful he made 1.4 Trillion dollars on his own.

He achieved his dream and goal, he is the WSS.

Roger's dream is same as Luffy, being PK is only a part of it which basically means Roger died without having been able to attempt achieving his dream after becoming the PK.
