Most people would still celebrate even if Killer died but yeah, Kid would be brooding for most of the party. I can see him contemplating for hours then joining them for a bit depending on how it goes but for the most part, yeah, Kid wouldn't be enjoying himself with his partner dead. Plenty of dudes are friends with Marco though like Neku, Izo and the Straw Hats that he's been and will continue to interact with.
