I don’t know, I just don’t feel like any Gorosei will be strong enough for EOS Zoro and Sanji. The Gorosei are 5, I feel like if Zoro and Sanji are going to fight someone, it’ll be from the same group as the other straw hats.
The Gorosei and the BB pirates aren’t strong enough for them. It has to be a pirate King level opponent I’m not gonna bargain that for anything else and if you don’t like it you can fuck yourself

I remember when people said Luffys "rivals" the other 9 supernovas were above Sanji just cause of his bounty.
Got portrayed as an equal to Bege rather than like a subordinate in WCI.
In wano he effectively surpassed all but 2, Law & Kidd.
Egghead he gets hit by Seraphim, 2 Gorosei, and an admiral yet leaves the arc nearly unscratched.
He's just 1 power up away from fighting yonkou level 1v1.

I think that the characters you mentioned will be something else. They will be the Whitebeards and the Odens of Luffy, but Luffy will take it to the next level compared to Roger (as WB himself said, "someone will arise carrying generations upon generations of our history on his shoulders and he’ll throw down the gauntlet in front of the entire world").
For that reason, Luffy might assemble the entire world to face the WG, that's why Law, Kid, et al. sometimes look like Luffy's wings too (but his wings are truly Zoro and Sanji, they're the pillars who will help him to achieve the PK title).
