Only the east blue 5 will have CoC based on the joining order(if yamato and bonney joins then there will be 7).

Next in line for it is nami then usopp then sanji.

Sanji doesn't have just blue flames. He goes a step beyond that.

And that truth is the fact that sanji has hotter flames than magma. Or magma like flames.

Magma has different properties than just fire. It's not a plasma like substance only. It includes molten rocks and gasses. It's clearly not the same as blue flames and attacks in a similar but different manner.

What we do know is that it's a feat only sanji has shown. A feat that happened right after sanji stated his flames are hotter than any other fire.

Lightning is fucking mid in OP. BM's lightning does absolutely nothing to rooftop 5. Even a huge lightning attack in fulgora did nothing to Kidd and killer. So sanji having lightning with his blue flames means nothing.

Compared to that , magma has been shown to be way more lethal and King's flames are literally like magma. Stop the cap.

Sanji's far more impressive feat was raw strength of beef boust and not his blue flames.
