At this point this is an excuse. Luffy undoubtedly used aCoC this arc so there isn't a secret reason why Oda isn't letting him use.

We've already seen Luffy's frustration of not being able to keep his enemies down and Luffy obviously knows he can use aCoC.

In short. Luffy is fighting to the best of his ability all arc and it just isn't enough.

It's plot. You have to accept these things sometimes otherwise you look for holes in everything. Vegapunk already accepted that Egghead is going to be destroyed, so why didn't gear 5 just pick up everyone and put them on the ship to fuck off and then use bajrang gun? Why didnt he just stretch directly over the water and dunk kizaru and saturn in instead of tossing them? Why didn't he or Zoro use coc coating on the seraphim?

You can't have characters always make the most logical choice all the time because then the story is boring

There are clear signs of ACoC though, sure sometimes they're absent but when they're absent for 95% of the arc it's pretty telling.

Since Loda has given very similar visual effects to basic armament, advanced armament and advanced Conqueror's; in that they all produce lightning.

The one against Lucci? We don't see Zoro's blades before the attack lands, and besides, I didn't say if an attack doesn't have those then it can't be ACoC, all I said was that every instance of lightning like that has been ACoC and not armament haki.

Everyone assumed that it was Buggy who replaced the clown BM but it seems like in reality it was Goofy who replaced that clown as a Yonko.
