And Hybrid Kaido is more durable than Dragon Form Kaido cuz kid implied that "None of their attacks were working" on Hybrid Kaido.
Giving Permanent Scar on Kaido when he's in his most durable form is way better' than giving a permanent scar on Dragon form Kaido. Zoro gave scar to Prime Kaido

If Hybrid Kaido landed his strongest attack on Zoro whilst his bones were broken I bet Zoro would of complexively suffered less damage (durability + endurance sum) than Kaido did by being hit with Zoro's Asura.

If you look at the panel where Asura was swinging his swords in front of Kaido you can see the Kaijin of metal colliding.

The scar zoro left on kaido is probably the same as the scar oda left on sanji-fans when he gave them the "special black maria treatment".
