Well, swordsisters? Why was Roger not World's Strongest Swordsman?
He carried a sword
He fought with a sword
He used haki in fights
He loved his sword to name his son after it
and yet he was not WSS. Why is that?
Mihawk never once was used in the same sentence as Roger. He was never compared to Roger. Zoro never once thought about Roger as his goal or even in general.
Why is that?
Mihawk as WSS was seeing himself inferior to old Whitebeard who was WSM.
While Roger was being compared as prime Whitebeard's equal and superior. Why is that?
Except you'd have to overcome every single other pirate in the world trying to get the road poneglyphs which include the Yonko. Not just a single swordsman. Even Kaido acknowledges Rogers Haki as being the one to transcend all and that this power alone was enough to conquer the world. What difficulty overcoming one swordsman over every single pirate in the world. This is why the title of PK has more meaning than World's strongest Swordsman.
Mihawk is strong but he pales in comparison to Roger and WB. He could never reach those heights.
Roger was a swordsman and a one arm swordsman became a yonko. Swordsmen can be the best fighters in one piece so why bother beating all the pirates when you can be the strongest by just beating swordsmen
Beyond clashing with a young Shanks I don't really see any hype surrounding Mihawk.
All of what you said is irrelevant.
Mihawk hasn't beaten anyone noteworthy that we know of besides Zoro. I don't imagine getting stalled by Vista of all people is noteworthy achievement.
At least Roger has overcome Xebec and his entire crew which consisted of WB, Kaido, BM and Shiki in the past. All of whom are legends at this point in the story. He did so with just Garp by his side. As I recall there was no Rayleigh or anyone else you can use to cope about how easy it was for Roger.
Nonetheless Mihawk admitted inferiority to Roger and WB. No amount of Copium as you call it is going to change that.

The fuck are you on about young Shanks old Shanks bullshit
Shanks is a one armed hobo who needs mihawk not the other way around. Mihawk low diffs that trash who can't even get 5 billion with special crew territory sucking gorosei dick and everything.
Mihawks strength is worth 3.6 billion and Shanks strength is worth 1 billion
Mihawk can literally defeat 3 Shanks
And stop bullshitting
When did mihawk say Roger is stronger than him?
Show me one panel you liar
He was. Unless you can name a swordsman from his era who was stronger.
It doesn't matter if the title was given name or not. It's a reality title, not an arbitrary one. As long as there are swordsmen in the world, there will be a strongest one.
They are. Because none of them had seen wb in decades
They set up to fight primebeard but that's not what showed up
Wbs own words
Marcos words whose been with him for years
And even Croc calling him pathetic
Hold more weight

Old WB>MF WB off the IV's. He showed AdvCoC when he split the skies with Shanks and top tier CoO against Ace. The narrator introduces him as the WSM with the title box. Isn't that what you Mihawk fans love to use? If we're not to believe the title box and the narrator, why should we believe that a Mihawk that duelled Shanks 12 years ago is stronger? Pure hypocrisy
You are either trolling or so ridiculously biased to your favorites that you’re reading the entire narrative incorrectly. Like not even going deep into thinking of character dynamics and shit…it’s just plain out written out and instilled in the story.
Alright, prepare to be debunked in another obvious way, but you’ll probably put your Zoro and Mihawk agenda glasses on.
