Speculations Why wasn’t Doflamingo invited to the Holy Knights?

Lucci fought a much stronger version, not even close to Alabasta's Luffy. Luffy might have have struggled a lot, but it's like saying Doflamingo > Wano Luffy because in DR Dofla had burned organs and so on.

But anyhow, Doflamingo did say something to Magellan about "they" coming to assassinate him. What if instead of assassination they offer him die or join the Gods Knights? With 3 Gods Knights perhaps being wiped out on Elbaf it frees up 3 spots. Why not recruit Doflamingo + 2 more as new HK and make a strong group even stronger?

- Doflamingo
- Lucci (Mars saw and recognized him on Egghead)
- New Character (preferably strong and opportunistic)

Apoo fits the bill well enough, he did hold his own decently vs Drake & Zoro.
Magellan is a power house and already surplus at Impel Down.
Aramaki would fit but he is already admiral.
Any BB pirate would fit.
Mihawk would fit but he surely refuses.
Hancock is unaffiliated but surely refuses.
Weevil as he already is captured and out of options.
Law or Kidd if they are out of pirate king race.

First, that Crocodile was replaced by Blackbeard, and Secondly, that the SH should be approaching TB after EL, and the WG wasn't sure he would be able to deal with them after Lucci lost(which was thought to be impossible). He said if moria wanted help he could have it,but moria refused. So kuma was just hanging out on TB. After moria was beaten however,the WG called Kuma and told him to kill all witnesses of Moria losing

Is it that ridiculous though? We're in the end game now, if we still have antagonists that are only on par with Doflamingo or weaker than him, then what's the point?
The point of Shonens like these is the natural progression in power. Nobody denies that except Doffy fans.. They need everything explicitly stated, as if this were Dragon Ball or Yu Yu Hakusho.

I think someone like cracker would be on the lower end of the hks but likely not the weakest. There’s always a spectrum with these sorts of groups. It being the end game doesn’t mean all the hk’s are top tiers.
