We just need to accept that Oda respect Pre-Time-Skip Sanji more when it came to giving him the type of fights Zoro gets. Post-Time-Skip Sanji is more stealthy and versatile, for better or worse, Zoro has become the main combatant on the crew that's not the Captain.
