No, not all Zoro stans hate Sanji like not all Sanji stans hate Zoro. I feel like the hate brigade is just a minority from both sides and most are just trolling. Some guys like @Orojackson Refugee, @Guymieux and @ShishioIsBack genuinely do hate Sanji (which I think they agree with) whereas most of the other guys either don't care about him or like him, but less than Zoro. Same is the case with Sanji fans.
Maybe you think Zoro fans hate on Sanji more due to them being much more in number and thus more visible, but the hate is almost proportionately equal on both sides. This is the reason why the Luffy fandom is the best fandom, lol.

Why Sanji fans hate Zoro so much ? Works both ways. Both fanbases are insecure because they fear the idea of their fav not being as strong as they want him to be. Zoro and Sanji are a representation of that fear because Zoro fans desperately want him to be on Luffy’s level or close to him while Sanji fans desperately want him to be on Zoro’s level or at least close to his level. Dragging the other one down is a defense mechanism they use to protect their headcanon and cope with the fact their headcanon is not the only possible interpretation.
I'm a fan of pretty much every character, although within the Straw Hats I don't like Chopper or Brooke nearly as much as the others. Yamato leap frogs both if she joins.
I really like Sanji and appreciate his different facets. He's both Kingsman and Queensman. For all the badass moments he's sincerely a clown of the highest order and only basic shonen fans don't get why that's a compliment... welcome to One Piece.
Zoro vs Sanji, well, they're the same age and butt heads constantly even though they're kinda best friends. I'd say Zoro is shared between him and Luffy, who has a stronger than average bond with all four of the East Blue members really. But Zoro and Sanji have the most unique crew chemistry that doesn't involve Luffy.
People are allowed different perspectives but it's silly how they miss the elephant in the room point. Zoro is a fighter, he doesn't do much else at all. He literally just drinks or sleeps the day away when the plot isn't building. Sanji's a cook who can fight, but the fighting isn't that relevant. His fighting is good enough and his character is macho enough that he never plays beta to another male. You try to stack him in a list of top fighters though and you're missing the point. He's already the best there is at what he does, fighting is merely his way to protect the things and people he enjoys, so lumping him in with Zoro gets out of hand.

The problem comes when Sanji fans have 0 faith in their fav character (and i dont blame them for that since Sanji wasnt able to do shit after the TS, and even before TS all his achievements were subpar) try to put Sanji on Zoro's level because something or another that happened in the manga.

Each and every one of such arguments is stupid as hell, and show how desperate Sanjistans are to downplay other characters in order to elevate the shit cook to their levels in their headcannon, because they know they cant elevate their character with his achievements alone. Soo we just have to kindly remind them about all the L's and about how badly Oda fucked up Sanji both when the timeskip started and on WCI.
