I could understand a Zoro left without his swords, but sword grades are usually so vastly overrated. Like the gap between Shusui and even Sandai was never implicated to be so gargantuan after all.

How after getting Shusui he was able to fight with Oars, Shusui literally swallowed the attack of other two swords and combined them. I am not even talking about black blade hardness and Ryuma soul in it.
