Don't really get why the strength of the BBP's is such a concern for the fandom, they're so many ways to upgrade them when they're canonically stated to continously growing in strength. Oda already established that magical stat buffs can be used for them. On top of that they got fruit powers.

They'll be as strong as they need to be, but sure there are several ways to upgrade them.

The issue is when comparing them with Rox. Jesus Burgess is not going to turn into Shiki no matter how much plot b.s. there is.

I'm really wondering if Luffy and Shanks will play this game too (and get Yasopp vs. Usopp competition), to merge Shanks' crew into his, or a subordinate ally.

This can also set up Zoro vs. Mihawk as more than just an EOS fight with no plot stakes.

There is no need to play this game, the plot will take care of this and all pirates will be on the same side against World Government.
Whether they are all following Blackbeard or they are all opposing Imu, the result is the same = all pirates are on the same side.
Blackbeard Pirates are not supposed to surpass Rocks' Pirates, that is not their purpose. They exist to be counters to specific Strawhats.

BB method of strength building has already been established. His trick is to hunt for DF and give his crew members. Would he really try and play those games where he stands to lose man power?

That's why several BBP have fruits that are suitable for infiltration.

I'm starting to think both he and buggy are xebecs kids not one will do everything xebec did but a mix of both

Bbs crew will be a suped up version of whitebeards crew as they have the same layout

Whilst cross guild is gonna be more the mis mash of individuals backed by the underworld

And both buggy and teach will rise until one of them sits on the empty throne

Buggy has nothing in common with xebec, this is another instance where the fandom believed something as headcanon and it turned out wrong and are minbroken now coping @Blackbeard
Even if he would be his biological son (which is close to a 0% chanche after that title card, as oda had no qualms to reveal that) his dad and spirtual father is Roger
Buggy wants that one piece

What does that have to do with buggy falling upward.
It makes more sense that he is after oda revealed it for bb straight away which he never does
Cause he has another son hidden to use for shock reveal later.
It's more ironic for xebecs story if buggy ends up sitting on the empty throne
