I can't imagine BB not having insane conq. haki. The man has cooked up his dream for so long, his mentality is unmatched so far in the series. He's also a D. for some reason, with connections to Xebec.

He knows that, there's no BB the strongest Pirate ever and his Rayleigh is weaker than Oden the 3rd wheel on Roger's crew or weaker than Admirals, he's still angry that his self inserts can't use haki and will never be top tier.
BB and Shiryu will either be the strongest Captain and N°2 or they'll both be frauds.
