Ask yourself this, what would Bonney even do if she didn't join?
Ultimately she wants to be a pirate and travel, her goals don't allign with the Revos. Even if Kuma lives he is more likely to join her with the strawhats than to go back to Dragon (who Kuma stated can't even save the world, only Nika can).
