Several big shots guys are supporting this and maybe it could be the last shot to manage to see the brokers who were saw at Punk Hazard.

So... Yeah, they better are hired by the WG.

But Buggy is here and I am a bit afraid of this... Goofiness might ruin it all but we will see.

Buggy is not running anything, Crocodile and Mihawk are and I don't see Croco wanting to be associated with Shanks, specially if he still wants to be PK.

It was never implied that anybody would join under anyone but this guy jumps into headcanon conclusions.

None of cross guild would be ok with joining under shanks

The best way for CG to catch up? They have emperor crew level portrayal, they don't need to catch up to anyone. When the time comes we'll see a bunch of new CG members including the unknown underworld brokers.
We'll see if Croco still has a PK agenda, I still think Caribou is working for him.
Also who's guarding the Sunny, anyone can get on the ship and copy/steal the poneglyphs.

Cross guild doesn't compare in the slightest to any other emperor crew. If buggy was as much of a power house as the world government thinks he is than yeah but he isnt
