Speculations will Garling be no.5 or no.0 Gorosei?

Saturn didn't commit treason unless you're referring to the Emeth case, it was simply a case of Imu pulling a Vader - "you have failed me for the last time".
Garling on the other hand likely has ambitions that surpass the Gorousei spot, wether that's a new reformed WG with him on the Empty Throne or the old WG with Imu still in charge, him 2nd and the Gorousei next taking over the entire world remains to be seen.

Well the robot thing is treason though. Saturn was told to get rid of it, but kept it around.
What is this based on? Nothing he´s done in the story indicates he wants some great change in the government structure, let alone Imu´s position. In fact, his job is if anything, crushing celestial dragon rebellion.

The fact that the Elders summoning circles have numbers but the God's Knights don't, does at least confirm that those numbers do mean something.
The question is, if the number ranking is based on power level or something else.
Those into agendas and power level discussions will say that the ranking is based on power level, and that could still be the case.
But I also do think that the ranking could be more based on the order that they became Elders, and not power ranking like some may believe.
If it is the latter and it's based on who joined first, then the ranking might go from oldest to youngest.
If that's the case, then that would mean that Ju Peter is the oldest member and not the youngest.
Which is something I could maybe see Oda do, the youngest looking Elder is actually the oldest, while Saturn who is the oldest looking member is actually the youngest.

On the other hand, their numbers perfectly correspond to which chair they sit at in Marijoa.
