This chapter followed a precise theme: showing a Yonko battle and resolving 2 battles connected to it (Inu and Neko fights, influenced by Kaido's clouds).
I expect the next chapter to be similar to this one, but focusing on the other Yonko fight and at least one battle connected to it, Killer vs Hawkins.
In this chapter, plot went forward with the Yonko fight influencing the minor battles, but in the upcoming chapter it will be viceversa: the minor fight will influence the Yonko fight (freeing Kidd from Hawkins curse).
Now, will it be coupled with Drake vs Apoo? Maybe.
The 2 minor battles of this chapter had a common theme too, which was the 2 Dukes taking their revenge (Inu for his country brutalization, Neko for his second-in-command death).
Killer vs Hawkins shares a theme with both Drake vs Apoo and with Raizo vs Fukurukuju, here are the cases:
- Killer, Hawkins, Drake, Apoo all found themself working under an authority in Wano and all of them had different reasons (Killer worked for Orochi as a hitman to protect his Captain, Drake worked for Kaido since he is in a Navy undercover mission, Apoo worked for Kaido in the first place and acted as his informant, Hawkins worked for Kaido to guarantee his survival) and would highlight how Killer and partially Drake had actually noble reasons to do their job, while Apoo and partially Hawkins were only driven by their ego and their survival instinct.
- Killer vs Hawkins and Raizo vs Fukurukuju, while being so different, they also mirror each other. Killer/Raizo are fighting to avenge their commanding figure (Kidd/Oden) and back when Kaido appeared they chosed the tougher path and kept their principles, Hawkins/Fukurukuju are fighting for the higher force (Kaido/Orochi) to preserve their status and back when Kaido appeared they chosed the convenient path.
There is also a plus for both these cases.
For the 1st, a total SNs chapter would keep the type of parallel seen on this chapter from the characters POV (2 Dukes vs 2 YC ---> 2 ally SN vs 2 enemy SN)
For the 2nd, minor battles of this chapter had a parallel in the location too (Neko vs Perospero at the entrance of the dome, Inu vs Jack in the backyard of the dome), a similar parallelo regarding the location could be made with Killer, Hawkins, Fukurukuju, Raizo (all on the 3rd floor, which is the epicenter of the fire and should be evacuated ASAP).
It's a 50% - 50% for me.

What an orange...there isn't any inherent need to handle Drake since he is already fighting for the alliance. So he would just be doing fodder/gifter control jobbing just like other high level fighters like Jinbei who are done with their fights. Or maybe fight Hawkins or any of the other Roppo that were running around before mama took them out.
